We are hoping that you will refer your friends that you are chatting with online to Casama.  We will be glad to help them find a Condo or House that meets their needs and budget.  There is NO Additional cost to your friend for our services. The only charge will be the Rental cost of the Condo or House. 

 

Each Rental comes with the FREE use of an NMAX for transportation, a FREE IPhone to receive locals calls and unlimited data and our 24/7 Concierge service to help arrange Tours, Airport Pickup, Dining and Nightlife suggestions.  We are here to make your friends vacation Worry Free!

You will receive P200 for referring your friend to Casama.  This will be paid via PayMaya or GCash.  The conditions for payment are:

(1) You must fill out a Foreigner Guest Referral Form, so we can assign you as the agent.

(2) You must be the first agent to submit the guests name and information. 

(3) You will need to send your friend an approved information link to our website. 

(4) Your friend must fill out a Guest Information form. 

5) We must talk with your friend to confirm they will be visiting Cebu within the next 6 months.  

 

Note:  your friend does not have to rent from us for you to receive your P200 pesos. 

If your friend rents from us, we will pay you P500 to P2,000 depending on where they stay and the length of their stay.  You will be paid when we receive their deposit for their Condo or House.

You will need to join one of our 30 min Online classes to understand the Process and how to fill out the Forms. 

After attending the class we will send you P100 for your time to attend our class.
